B&B Vista Atenas guarantees written confirmations only.

Reservations will be confirmed or denied within 24 hours.

Upon confirmation, your credit card will be charged the amount of your first night’s stay to guarantee your reservation, stays longer than one week will be charged 50% off the total rental.  The final payment will be charged at check in by the Front Desk.  We will contact you regarding any discrepancies with the supplied credit card, and a new credit card will be requested.  If a new card is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled without any additional notification.

Penalties:  

No-shows are charged in full for the whole rental period

"Special offers, discounted rates or any other promotional packages, advertised inside our website or any other website other than our official one, are not subjected to be refunded under any circumstance"

Anticipated departures will be charged in full. And this change will automatically modify the rate to official ones for guests who got a discounted price due to a longer rental period.

Cancellations must be sent in writing.

Any cancellation made at least 21 days prior to arrival will incur a $30.00 administrative fee per room.

Any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% forfeiture of the first night deposit per room.

Cancellation of reservations for Holy Week, Christmas, New Year’s (Dec 20 – Jan 04) and summer vacations (July and August) made less than three months prior to arrival will incur a 100% forfeiture of the first night deposit per room.
